This small group tour was personal, very flexible, and yet the lessons, excursions, and meals were always carefully planned and running smoothly. Having traveled Europe several times with large tour companies, it was a nice to experience a trip without expensive add-ons or that feeling of being herded from one tourist stop to another. Gail and her colleagues far exceeded my expectations, creating an atmosphere of a visit to good friends. The restaurants were phenomenal and the walks very enjoyable. I felt everyone was committed to meeting our needs and making us feel comfortable.
