Enjoy exquisite panoramas and cultural treasures in the Sabine Hills outside Rome

Experience the rolling olive hills, medieval hilltowns, and unique art of this romantic, historic landscape on a day tour.

Tour stops can be tailored to clients’ preferences, such as Farfa Abbey, Italy’s oldest and most famous abbey; Saint Francis’s Greccio sanctuary where nativity scenes originated; the Museo dell’Olio, which pays homage to the olive tree and its many uses to man through the centuries, and other remarkable ancient sites and hermitages.

Also available upon request are walks on scenic country trails or two-hour morning cooking classes at the Tevere-Farfa Inn, followed by a full-course lunch. Includes door-to-door car service, guided tours, museum fees, and a full-course meal.

Optional cooking class, a two-hour lesson, which focuses on special dishes such as carciofi alla romana or risotto con radicchio. Clients may propose a recipe of their choice.

Tours are for 2–4 persons.
