Fees and Registration
The tour price is €2100 (dollar payments at current exchange rate). This includes seven nights accommodation, four hands-on cooking classes, three meals per day, guided tours of Sabina's history, art, and culture, day tours to Siena and Rieti, and guided walks, depending on group preferences.
Tour transportation, guides, entrance fees, and wines with meals are included.
Single rooms are available for a single supplement fee of €150 for the 7-night tour.

The tour price does not include airfare to Rome nor train fare from the airport to the Sabina. A non-refundable deposit of 25 percent of the tour cost is due with reservation. The balance is due 60 days before the tour begins.

Cancellation policy: If notice of cancellation is received between 30 and 60 days prior to the tour, 50 percent of the fee will be refunded. Refunds cannot be given if cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the tour. Mangiare Bene cooking tours reserves the right to cancel a tour, in which case all paid fees would be refunded.
It is cooking tour participants' responsibility to ensure that their health insurance policies will cover any medical emergencies while in Italy.
We recommend obtaining trip cancellation insurance in case personal emergencies prevent participants from traveling.
