Palazzo Montàsola

Magnificent palazzo at spectacular hilltop location

Situated high above its sister hilltowns, Montàsola offers an unprecedented view of the area’s rolling olive countryside. Palazzo Montàsola has been in Letizia Gabbuti’s family for over three hundred years, and its elegant apartments furnished in antiques and heirlooms suggest history, generations, and heritage. The palace's numerous terraces high above undulating olive hills offer breathtaking views for visitors.

In addition to cooking classes at this medieval hilltop location, participants explore local treasures—museums, churches, palaces, local food producers, and hilltowns. Lunches are along the way at restaurants or picnic sites. (see Itineraries)

Accommodations are apartment style with kitchens and living space, in addition to beds. Continental breakfast is included, and water, coffee, tea, fruit, and biscotti are always available in the palace's common room.
